Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (Excludes plants) Live plants have a D.O.A. (Dead on arrival) policy for 3 hours after the product are received in the mail to send pictures for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or if it arrives broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Fzone Studio's pays for return shipping. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Service@fzaqua.com or on our Facebook page Fzone. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Fzone Studio's will notify you if your return is accepted in 1 working day & inspect the package upon its arrival to our service site within 24 hours. Please note it can take up to 24 hours after your refund has been accepted to process your refund & your bank may take up to 5 business days to fully process until you see the reflection on your bank statement.

Dead on arrival

Live plants come with a D.O.A. policy meaning you have 3 hours from the time your live plants are delivered to report any issues with your package. To request a replacement or refund please contact Service@fzaqua.com. Live Plant replacements are shipped free of charge. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), plants, live fish, soil, fertilizer, hardscape.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Fzone Studio's will notify you if your return is accepted in 1 working day, & will send you a paid shipping label. We will inspect the package upon its arrival to our service site within 24 hours. Please note it can take up to 24 hours after your refund has been accepted to process your refund & your bank may take several business days to fully process until you see the reflection on your bank statement.

Fzone Studio's warranties most of its items.
