Please note processing times are different from shipping times.
All Fzone & Chihiros orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All Live Plant & Live Fish orders are fulfilled every week on Monday & Tuesday to ensure fresh delivery of plants or livestock. The cut off time for orders to be shipped Monday & Tuesday is Saturday at 12:00 PM PST otherwise your order will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery is 2-3 days with a D.O.A. policy active for 3 hours after delivery. Contact service@fzaqua.com for D.O.A. inquiries.
Sales Tax
Please note Fzone Studio's charges a 5.6% sales tax for all Arziona residents & will be calculated & displayed at checkout.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for standard & expedited shipping.
SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY SUCH AS A CHANGE IN SHIPPING RATES IF YOUR ADDRESS HAPPENS TO BE IN A REMOTE AREA. WE WILL ADDRESS THESE ISSUES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS TO HELP REMEDY THE ISSUE WITH THE BUYER.
Free standard shipping on all orders (Excludes plants, fertilizer, fish, shrimp, rock, custom hardscape, driftwood). Expedited shipping 20$ (Excludes soil; not available) In order to provide the cheapest price on soil we ship USPS 2 day priority flat rate free of charge. All livestock ships 1 DAY AIR NO EXCLUSIONS.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fzone Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping times with free local pickup at Planted Tank Supply in Apex, NC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will call you or send you a email/text when your order is ready along with instructions on how to pick it up. NOTE: SOME ITEMS MAY BE UNAVAILABLE FOR PICK UP
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@fzaqua.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you & get the issue resolved.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@fzaqua.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
