Is the outlet expandable? How can I install the extra manifold?

Yes, the PRO model outlet is expandable. Since each outlet has a very low gas flow rate, you can expand the manifold as needed. We have successfully installed up to 10 manifolds without any issues.

To install the extra manifold, you can refer to this tutorial video for guidance.

I set the bubble rate to 1 bps, but hours later, the bubble rate increased significantly.

This issue is likely caused by the diffuser. It may have been clogged initially, and as it gradually cleared up during use, the bubble rate increased.

  • We suggest periodically cleaning your diffuser with lemon acid to prevent clogging.
  • You can also remove the tubing from the bubble counter and check the bubble rate without the diffuser to confirm the issue.
Power on, no gas out put.
  • The solenoid palays the switch role to turn on/off the gas flow. when it on/off you can hear a click sound. if no click sound maybe the cable in the solenoid is loose. Here is a tutorial vedio showing you how to check and fix cable issue.
  • Diffuser is easy clogged, you can remove the tubing off the bubble counter to have a check if the gas can pass though
The output pressure is stuck, even after I removed the cylinder.

The gauge displays the pressure in the outlet part of the regulator. If the solenoid is powered off, the needle valve is closed, or the bubble diffuser is clogged, the pressure cannot be released. As a result, the indicator can become stuck at a certain position on the gauge.

To resolve this, ensure that the system is properly vented by allowing the gas to pass through. You can do this by removing the bubble counter, powering on the solenoid, and opening the needle valve.

Why do bubbles still appear in the bubble counter even after the solenoid valve is turned off?

After the solenoid valve is closed, there may still be residual pressure in the gauge that hasn’t been fully released. Typically, it takes about 5-15 minutes for the residual pressure to dissipate. Please be patient and wait for a while.

If bubbles continue to appear after 5-15 minutes, this may indicate that the solenoid valve did not fully close after power-off. You can disassemble the solenoid valve and clean the spring and switch components, which usually resolves the issue. If cleaning does not fix the problem, you may need to replace the spring component.

Here is the tutorial vedio showing you how to disassemble and clean the solenoid valve spring component.

Why can the regulator only be turned up, and how can I turn it down?

The pressure displayed on the gauge is the output pressure (not the set pressure). When you turn down the pressure, it could not be released immediately, so the gauge will show the previous higher pressure until it is effectively dissipated.

To release the pressure, the gas passes through the diffuser during use. If you want to quickly release the pressure, you can remove the tubing and increase the needle valve flow rate.
