Fzone is an aquarium company and its business was established in 2018.

In a beginning, we are just a group of hobbyists. 

However, as we get deeper into the aquarium, we realized that we are putting more and more costs into it.  

"How to buy a beautiful appearance, quality, and reasonable price products?"

This question bothered us. Hence, we start to do our own product. We have gradually developed filtration series, CO2 system series, ATO series, Lily pipe, etc.

FZ-ATO, a smart auto water refill device designed by Fzone. It can help you keep the water lever in the right position without maintenance.

What is the advantage of our Fzone ATO?

• Small in size; install in a compact space, install in both rimed & rimless aquariums or sumps. ATO is nano at only 0.7 inches.
• New technologies that allow the ATO to be more reliable; EFTT(Extened-Filling-Time Technology), AFT(Anti-fluctuation Technology) techology, & upgraded QST 2.0 (Quick-Security Technology).

Alternating Blue & Red LED: Quick flashing; the device is booting up/Initializing; N.A.

Blue LEDSolid: Standby; Blow flashing: Refilling/pumping; Quick flashing(10 seconds will change to be solid): water reaches the HIGH sensor, take care over-fill; N.A.

Red LED: FlashingQST alarm; Trouble could be either 1)bubble interference, 2) empty reservoir, 0r 3)pump failure.; Disconnect the power to resolve the problem; Re-plug the power and let the device initialize again.

The Fzone AstraStream Filter comes pre-installed with an adjustable water pump. Just choose your choice of lily pipes (glass or stainless steel) & attach the provided green vinyl tubing to the pump while utilizing the quick disconnects for easy maintenance. It should be noted that the AstraStream Filter is a high-capacity filter made for prolonging maintenance & allows an aquarium to grow an abundance of beneficial bacteria. Because of this the AstraStream Filter generally needs to be cleaned every four-to-six months as it can house an enormous amount of filter media. 

To perform maintenance on your AstraStream Filter follow the instructions below:

1. Unplug the FZone Blue Series Pump to prevent the pump from unexpectedly turning on

2. Disconnect lily pipes by using the shut-off valve on the RapidTap connectors

3. Drain any residual water from the canister filter by opening the RapidTap valve

4. Release the quick-release clamps & remove the top clamping Lid along with the pump

5. Rinse filter media & sponges in dechlorinated water & replace any necessary chemical media such as carbon

6. Clean the pump of any built-up debris by removing the four front screws & removing the impeller, and assemble it back together after finished cleaning

7. Assemble your filter back together by first placing your filter media & sponges back into place, then secure the top clamping Lid with the quick clamps, assemble your tubing to the RapidTaps allowing you to connect them back with your lily pipes, & lastly plug in your water pump & activate one of the modes used to filter your aquarium

Please use soapy water evenly on the Co2 regulator, and also on the connection between the Co2 regulator and the bottle.

If bubbles appear, this is a sign that there is leaking. Then, please check the O-ring where the air is leaking. In general, our products are equipped with spare O-rings for you. If the leak is caused by a damaged or broken O-ring, please replace it.

The gauge indicating the regulator cavity pressure, The gas in the gegulator can only be released from the needle valve, only the gas in the regulator cavity be released the pressure can go down.When you turn the knob of the to turn down the pressure, the gas in the regulator can not be released timely, the gauge indictor  don't goes down. If you need turn down the output pressure. Please see the following steps: 

1. Turn the knob to the end of the mininum positon.

2. Power on and turn open the needle valve to release the gas in the regulator. The output pressure will  reduce to be zero

3. Turn up the knob till to the pressure you need.

Maybe reason for the issue.

1. Solenoid coil broken.

2. Solenoid spring part missed function;

3. Chips, dust or crystallizes caused by low temperature co2 in gas hole stop spring bar close the gas way

How to fix?

If power on/off, no click sound for the  solenoid. the coil is broken, the solenoid coil need be replaced.

If click should happened when power on/off,  reason happened on the spring switch component, you can try to follow the following steps

STEP 1: Remove the solenoid coil.

STEP 2: Remove the soleonid spring switch component. (The issue reason is that  the spring switch component cannot close the hole completely after power off.)

STEP 3: Clean the hole or replace the spring switch component.

Co2 tank have pressure(high gauge indicated pressure), turned up knob, but the output preussre is zero.

Issue Reason.

1. The PU pad is displaced or damaged. 

How to fix?

1. Open the cap at the buttom of the regulator.

2. Assemble the PU pad in the hole of the component.

3. Assemble the parts back.

If output pressure not less than 25psi, but no bubble released in the bubble counter.

• Check the solenoid. There's click sound when turn on/ off the solenoid. If there's no click sound when power on/off, please contact service@fzaqua.com to replace the solenoid.

• Check the bubble counter. Power on the solenoid, and remove the bubble counter, turn up the needle valve, check whether can feel gas realsed from the needle valve outlet. if gas can be released from the needle valve, means needle valve works well, bubble counter is blocked, please contact service@fzaqua.com to repalce the bubble counter.

1、Remove the diffuser. If the bubbles are still unstable without the diffuser, please contact after-sale service to get a replacement.

2、If the bubbles are stable without the diffuser, it's because of the diffuser. The diffuser should be changed.

Issue: power on/off, no click sound. or power on, randomly click sound.

Reason: solenoid coil problem.

How to fix it?

1. Remove the coil from the regulator.

2. Remove the screw of the coil, and open the plastic cover of the coil

3. Check the connection of the cable.

4. In no connection issue, contact us for solenoid replacement.

1. Check whether the sealing ring in the regulator in good condition

2. Check whether the sealing ring on the screw rod in good condition.

1. Check whether the sealing ring in the regulator in good condition

2. Check whether the sealing ring around the paintball neck in good condition.

3. if both above sealing rings in good condition, leak happened from the adapter releasing hole when screw the regulator in. it maybe because the paintball sealing ring not at the standard size, the regulator push it off its position. 

Facing such situation, we can take the following actions.

1. Using oil or water lubricate the sealing ring and the contacting surface in the adapter to avoid it being pushed off its position.

2. If leak still happen, we can put a sealing ring in the regulator to sealing it

3. if the sealing rings in good condition, leak happened from the adapter releasing hole when screw the regulator in. it maybe because the paintball sealing ring not at the standard size, the regulator push it off its position. 

Facing such situaion, we can take the following actions.

1. Using oil or water lubricate the sealing ring and the contacting surface in the adapter to avoid it being pushed off its position.

2. If leak still happen, we can put a sealing ring in the regulator to sealing it

NO, the output pressure is preset, not adjustable. 

The output pressure is preset to be 50-75PSI (tank inner pressure  1100-1500PSI), if inner tank pressure is reduced, the output pressure will also reduce

1. Power off, the regulator still need about 10-20 minutes to release the inner pressure. If the bubble stops in 20 minutes after power off, the regulator is no problem.

2. According the coil solenoid feature, if the bubbles rate less than 1 bubble per 3 seconds, we can take it is qulified.

3. 20 minutes later after power off, If bubble rate over  1 bubble per 3 seconds, please check the following steps:
    3.1 Solenoid Coil  checking: if power on/off, can not hear a click sound, the problem on the solenoid coil. we can open the solenoid coil cover to check whether the cable is loosen.

  3.2 If you can get the click sound when power on/off, the problem on the spring part.

When power off, the spring push the bar(part A) close the hole, so the gas be cut off.  

- Clean the bar(part A) surface and the hole B, maybe dirty between them.

- You can slightly  stretch the spring to increase the spring power.
